The group, listed on the ASX ('CHC'), owns and manages 332 commercial properties around Australia, including office buildings, supermarket anchored retail centres, and a rapidly growing stable of industrial assets, on behalf of our institutional, wholesale and retail investors.
CHALLENGE
Charter Hall sought to run an internal innovation program to unlock untapped opportunities in one of its portfolios.
SOLUTION

- Trends gathering and reporting
- Customer insights gathering
- A one day design sprint
- A two day hackathon
OUTCOME
The teams identified many new opportunities for revenue growth, including the unlocking of $2.5M in potential revenue gains, and earned the support of the CEO at the culmination of the program.
