SERVICES
CHALLENGE
Charter Hall desired to make its people more productive so that they could not only create more valuable outcomes, but do so in less time, and without the need to invest in additional resources.
SOLUTION
Collective Campus developed a one day Productivity session, based on CC CEO Steve Glaveski's Harvard Business Review article 'The Case for the Six-Hour Workday'.
The session introduced participants to the many ways they are unwittingly sabotaging their productivity, in addition to a number of tools and techniques that could serve to increase their productivity by up to a factor of 5.
OUTCOME
- Participants became aware of the various ways they sabotage their productivity
- Participants took back to not only their own work, but their colleagues and teams, different techniques and tools that they could apply immediately to realise a measurable increase in output, whilst also decreasing the stress that comes with losing control of one's workload
- Participants spoke incredibly highly of the session, evidenced in the testimonial provided, so much so that Charter Hall is interested in rolling this out across several more leadership groups across the organisation
