I had the chance to gain a lot of learnings during this period and I think all of them are important.
One of the best learnings has been the process simplification, I mean technological, conversational and relational processes. Synthesis and simplification are two big learnings.
I am really excited by technology in general, it’s difficult to choose. I like artwalls a lot, they are revolutionizing digital signage concept. I also love the new collaboration platforms and meeting boards, they allow teams to work remotely, at the same time. We really need them in this period.
I have to admit I am really lucky, because I’ve never met particular difficulties with corporate innovation. I have had a lot of freedom of movement in the implementation of technological solutions. Maybe, the real problem is not having enough budget to do everything!
The pandemic is changing a lot of our usual logic and experiences. The remote working trend will be a trend to keep in consideration. Such as hospitality, which will have to implement technological solutions to meet the more and more demanding customer needs, specifically when it comes to health.
